LOOK AFTER YOUR BAG

Artificial Leather / Leather

- Leather can be spot cleaned with a slightly damp cloth.

- Hang leather garments to ventilate between wears, avoiding direct sunlight.

- Keep leather supple and conditioned with a specialist leather balm. Apply a small amount with a cloth and buff gently.

- Softer leathers can scratch. Be careful with sharp items like keys.

Cotton

- Can be machine or handwashed. To prevent garments from shrinking and to keep them looking their best, wash at 30°.

- Pre ‑treat stains before washing by dabbing a small amount of stain remover on the area. For darker pieces, patch test on an inside seam to check the colour won’t be affected.

- Place delicate items in a mesh bag to help prevent snagging or twisting during machine cycles.

Knit / Acrylic

- When you do wash, handwash or use a specialist detergent on a gentle machine cycle at 30°C or lower.

- You should also use a low spin setting, as this will help prevent pilling and save energy.

- Fold knitwear and store in drawers with mothballs. The weight of the wool will pull the piece out of shape if it’s hung up.

- Pilling occurs naturally with friction and can be easily removed with a pilling comb or a fabric shaver.

DELIVERY

Delivery times depend on the type of delivery selected. Standard delivery(EMS) takes between 1 and 6 business days. Please consider that islands and mountain areas may take 1 or 2 extra days.

You can receive it at the address of your choice: store, home, work, etc. The country of delivery must always coincide with the country of purchase. If you would like to order something while you are abroad, change the shipping country to match your current location and provide a local delivery address.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn’t quite right, you have up to thirty 7 days from the purchase date to return your item(s) for a full refund to the original payment method for the order.

All items must be unused, unworn and have their original tags attached. All items must be returned with the original delivery note.

Please allow 7 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed. We always try to be as fast as possible, but during busy periods (such as holidays and sales), it can take a little longer. Once we have processed the return, you will receive a return confirmation contact.

Return approval is at the discretion of our operations team and ALICE MARTHA reserves the right to deny any return that does not comply with our policy. Denied returns will be shipped back to the customer.
